- The exact location of the casualty (hole/tee/fairway/green). We advise all members to use the ‘What Three Words’ app which will give emergency services a specific location.
It is recommended all players carry a mobile phone (on silent) in order to make a telephone call in an emergency.

LIGHTNING
When playing on the course and bad weather starts e.g. thunderstorm and/or lightning, common sense dictates that play in these circumstances must be discontinued in the interest of safety.
If there is an evident risk of lightning play must be discontinued, and players should return to the clubhouse or to a similar/equivalent safe and secure area.
A klaxon may be released from the Pro Shop.

FOG and ICE
Even if the course status is Open, in the event of fog and ice common sense must be used.
Players have a duty of care not to behave in such a way that others may be injured by their actions. They also have a duty to take care of themselves.
If conditions are foggy, or you are unable to see where the ball is likely to land, or ground conditions are such that it is impossible to judge how far the ball is likely to travel, do not play.
Playing in such conditions is dangerous and the risk of injury significantly increased.

NON-GOLFERS ON THE COURSE
Members and Visitors are asked to exercise care with regard to all non-golfers on the course. Non-golfers have access areas of the course through public footpaths, and care and caution must be taken to prevent risk of injury.

EMERGENCIES IN THE CLUBHOUSE AREA (including Pro-Shop)
It is the responsibility of Members and Visitors to comply with the Emergency and Fire Procedures as evidenced by the Emergency Exits throughout the Clubhouse and Club premises.

In the case of evacuation of the Clubhouse, please go to the Assembly Point. The Assembly Point for Clubhouse evacuation is in the Car Park adjacent to the chipping green and practice net.

Emergency Vehicles
An emergency buggy will be available from the Pro Shop as well as a Gator, located in the Green Staff’s Sheds.
